Will Rosique guarantee the shade of my roses?
We can guarantee the color of the roses (except during major holidays); however, we cannot at any time, guarantee the shade or variety of the roses. Our roses, although grown in greenhouses, are still at the mercy of the elements which can alter the shade of the rose.
How are the roses delivered?
Our roses are delivered via FedEx overnight. We recommend that someone is at home when the roses are delivered. Roses that are left in extreme temperatures can get damaged. However, we do have a signature release waiver with FedEx, so the roses will be left in a secure place if no one is home to receive the roses.
Why can’t I have roses delivered on Sunday or Monday?
We cannot deliver roses on Sunday or Monday simply because our couriers do not provide overnight services for deliveries on Sunday or Monday. We can deliver on a Saturday for an additional charge.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email once the order is received. If you do not receive a confirmation, either your order was received after business hours and will be processed on the next business day, or your email address was not correct.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Yes, if the change occurs within 48 hours of specified delivery date.
How are the roses packaged?
The roses are wrapped in cellophane and placed carefully in a cardboard sleeve to minimize movement during shipment. The roses are carefully packaged with ice packs to insure they stay cool during transportation.
